Library Service Support Desk

There are 3 staffed Service Desks within the Library to assist students with their questions.

These include:

Service Desk

The Service Desk staff assist students with basic enquiries. These include the finding, borrowing and returning of resources, assistance in applying for Academic Service letters via the portal, colour printing and general IT troubleshooting. Staff at this desk assist students to navigate the library generally.

Reference Desk

The Reference Desk is staffed with professional librarians to assist students with their more in-depth reference and assignment questions.

ILC Support Desk

The ILC Support Desk is staffed with a professional librarian with ESL teaching experience to assist students to navigate ILC resources and support them in their use.
