Major in Human Resource Management

This major focuses on the most important resources of any organization – it’s people. Graduates of this program will have the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the main functions of HRM, and related responsibilities that involve the organization’s relationship with its employees. The major is benchmarked against the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) curriculum.
